How fast is the first clip online?
Within 60 minutes of the moment itself. The rest follows through the day, up to 20 clips per stage.
What do you need on site?
A video and audio feed of the stage over RTMP or SRT, and a workspace for the editor. If your venue or AV company has no stream, Mira Studios can provide it.
Can you do Dutch and English?
Yes. Our editors are bilingual. Clips and captions in both languages cost an extra €350 per day.
Who decides what goes online?
You do. Every clip has a status and only goes out after approval, from you or from the editor if you agree on that.
What about image rights?
We agree up front who may publish what. Speakers give consent through the intake, and attendees are never the recognisable focus without consent.
Do you make an aftermovie too?
No, we make clips. If you want an aftermovie as well, your videographer can still make one. The difference: our clips are online while your event is still running.
What does it cost?
LiveClip On-site costs €2,250 per stage per day, excluding VAT. An extra stage on the same day is €1,250. The packages page lists every option.
